We always do our utmost to ensure that you order a perfectly fitting harness for your dog and that exchanging is not necessary because this is not sustainable in several ways. Do you want to be sure that you order the right size? Then I refer you to this blog. Are you still in doubt? Then send me a whatsapp via the chat function on the website and I will look with you or we make a measuring appointment.
Ordered the wrong size? Send me a whatsapp via the chat function on the website so I can look with you and the next harness fits perfectly. The return costs are for your own account.
Returns
You may always return the product that comes from the collection and is not personalized within 14 days after you have received it. You can do this by sending a message via the chat function on the website and stating the reason for return. Once we have received the product, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days.
During the period that you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You may only unpack the product and put it on/hang it around to determine whether you want to keep the product and therefore have not already used it.
Did you have something custom made, personalized or is the product from the sale? Then unfortunately you cannot return it.
