We always do our utmost to ensure that you order a perfectly fitting harness for your dog, so exchanging it is not necessary because it is not sustainable in several respects. Do you want to be sure that you order the right size? Then I will refer you to this blog. Are you still in doubt? Send me a WhatsApp via the chat function on the website and I will check with you or we will make a meeting appointment.

Did you order the wrong size? Send me a WhatsApp via the chat function on the website so that I can take a look with you and ensure that the next harness fits perfectly. The return costs are for your own account.

Returns

You can always return the product that comes from the collection and is not personalized within 14 days after you have received it. You can do this by sending a message via the chat function on the website and stating the reason for the return. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 30 days.

During the period you have to decide whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack and put on/hang the product to determine whether you want to keep the product and have therefore not already used it.

Have you had something custom made or personalized? Then unfortunately you cannot return this.
