Guarantee

We give a 3 month guarantee on the products for the loosening of stitching or the loosening of fittings. This does not apply if the dog has bitten the product and it broke for this reason. Also if the product is used while swimming (or extreme wetness) the guarantee expires.

Of course, everything can be repaired for a fee. If the product breaks during normal use and within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement product. In this case, please contact us first.

Leather is and remains a natural product and should be treated as such. In extreme wetness, it is possible that leather will give off.
